Jason Stabbed on Halloween Train Theory:

Dialogue when Pushing the Box:
In previous episodes, it has become known that Jason had a thing with Aria and probably still cares about her. He also hates Garrett because he believes that he really killed Alison. The girl who was with him pushing the box (either Mona or Jenna at this point) only told him that Garrett was in the box. However, once Jason heard Aria’s screams from inside the box, that’s when he told the girl, “You lied to me. I can’t do this.”
*What we then think happened next (which would explain the stab wound being on Jason’s side) was that perhaps Jason was leaning over the box. In the video at 2:43 the light from outside the box was blocked which can show that something was over the top of it. He may have been doing this for a couple of reasons: trying to get the girl off of the box, blocking it from being pushed off beore they both leave, etc.
As we know, Aria stabbed him with a screwdriver, in which the head is fairly round. Here is a picture of the *stab* wound found on Jason.
Since it has been said by many sources that many of our questions from the Halloween episode will be answered, and this was definitley a big one (who did Aria stab?) I think this is a pretty dead giveaway (no pun intended :p) that is was in fact Jason whom Aria stabbed on the Halloween Train.
