Ok so we saw most of the things she said in the beginning on the actual episode. What was different was the end. Many people think that the voice at the end is another person, however it is still Mona speaking as she says “Did you get anything I just said?” She is talking to whomever is recording her.

We think this person is Lucas. When Mona found that Mad Cow Brain in her locker, she went over to whisper to Lucas which from our lip reading skills could conclude she said “meet me after school.” She is wearing the same clothes from school in her video and it was released before the marathon (and therefore after school had ended that same day because Hanna and the whole school watched it.) Plus, we also know Lucas is quite good with cameras and such.

Sooo, Lucas is helping Mona with something that is more than just the video which can explain his suspicion, but like always, we still don’t know what because the producers don’t tell us anything!!!
